How to use THIS 28-Day Workout Plan:

  1. Ensure your KinetiCoach profile goals are set to “Get Stronger & Improve Flexibility”

    • From the KinetiCoach homepage, select Profile -> Edit Profile & Goals -> Goals to update your goals

  2. Each day, click on “Build a Custom Workout” from the KinetiCoach homepage

    • Using your 28-Day plan (see image below), select the Workout Type and Time prescribed for that day

    • Update your equipment based on what’s available to you

    • Click “Build Workouts”

  3. Choose your workout(s) for that day from the Custom Workout Builder results

  4. Enter your results & notes after completing the workout

    • If you don’t want to use the KinetiCoach auto-programming timer, click “Start” and then “Finished” on the workout page to get to the results entry window

  5. IMPORTANT! Ensure you press the Bookmark icon (upper right of the workout) on your Day 1 workouts, as you’ll retest those on Day 28
