28-DaY workout Plans

KinetiCoach’s 28-Day Workout Plans combine the flexibility & personalization of our award-winning Custom Workout Builder, with the structure & accountability of a professionally-designed workout plan.

How to use kineticoach’s 28-Day Workout Plans:

  1. Download the KinetiCoach app [Apple] [Android] & setup your profile

  2. Select your 28-day plan (below). You can download a .pdf version if you’d prefer

  3. Ensure your KinetiCoach profile goals are set as prescribed in the plan

    • From the KinetiCoach homepage, select Profile -> Edit Profile & Goals -> Goals to update your goals. Ensure you click “Save” after updating.

  4. Each day, click “Build a Custom Workout” from the KinetiCoach homepage

    • Using your 28-Day plan, select the Workout Type and Time prescribed for that day

    • Update your equipment based on what’s available to you

    • Click “Build Workouts”

    • Check out our FAQ to better understand how the Custom Workout Builder algorithm works.

  5. Choose your workout(s) for that day from the Custom Workout Builder results

    • Follow the prescribed warmup (in the workout instructions)

    • Use our demo videos & performance notes to practice the workout’s movements

  6. Enter your results & notes after completing the workout

    • If you don’t want to use the KinetiCoach auto-programming timer, no worries. Just click “Start” & then immediately click “Finished”to get to the results entry window.

  7. IMPORTANT! Remember to press the Bookmark icon (upper right of the workout) on your Day 1 workout(s), as you’ll retest those on Day 28
